I take it that Angrove Rumbaba is not a 100% Registered Thoroughbred, but so close that it is elegible to race?

We Bred Angrove rumbaba, he is 87.5 % TB and he has very strong Eventing lines from his Non TB ancestors they were all Advanced doing Badmington and Burghley in the UK so we know hes bred for speed and jump he are putting him back in to training after Chrstmas to do Hurdling we advertised him as a stallion to create awearness of his syndicate ot to stand him at stud this year we are hoping to develope the market ready for him.
It is really hoped that he will achive being a good NH Horse but if not he will have a second career as a Event horse.
Thank you for posting
the sire of the first Eventers was a Horse called Top Hat XX he sired Mcraffles and Argosy and Zhivago Riccos GS.
Zhivago sired Tullibards Shakespear who was Intermediate who then sired Paul Tapners current 4* horse Killfinni 11

Angrovestud,

We all appreciate your efforts in pro of introducing rare atypical colours
into mainstream Thoroughbreds via "points-to-points". Certainly,
Angrove Rumbaba is a good example. Wow, would be interesting to see
a a similar design with an appaloosa. Who knows!

Any recent update on Angrove Rumbaba
and the more recent appearance and breeding of "Points-to-points"
racehorses?

Greetings for Angrove Stud!

Hello Jorge
Angrove Rumbaba sadly sustained an injury in training for his National Hunt debut over hurdles in November 2012 and is now retired but sound and doing showing classes with quiet some success. We will have our next coloured racehorse out hopefully next year he is Angrove Fatrascal, he is by Angrove Spottedick by the same sire as Angrove Rumbaba except he is Homozygous for the colour gene Tobiano, so all our foals are guaranteed to be coloured :D
