This week Frankel left Sir Henry's Warren Place Stables to return to Banstead Manor Stud, where he was born in 2008.

Sir Henry's site is worth reading!

Gonna stick me neck out a bit here, again.

With Frankel going to stud - whats his fee?
How close is that to Galileos?

Why not Galileo then, hes proven why take the risk?

Frankel is a small unnatractive colt, by all descriptions.

Commentators talked about his long stride, never seen it myself.
What I did see was a horse whos hind legs moved quicker than anyothers.
There was his key, imho.

The horse was headstrong will he pass this on to his offspring ala Montjeu?

I don't think he is worth the risk in the breeding shed, let Juddmonte support him and I guess the Arabs will also, anything not to use Coolmore, and wait 4/5 years to see what he produces.

How many times have we seen a horse like this fail in the breeding shed?

I agree with you here, his female line has some black type in there but hardly enough to justify that service fee.
