Thanks for the kind words folks.

In early 2012, Black Caviar was entered for the two Dubai sprints (Golden Shaheen and the Al Quoz) but it was decided it would be best to just focus on Royal Ascot.

The latest on her program from last night is she will most likely go to Sydney for the Gr 1 TJ Smith (1200m-13th April) - the race she won in 2011 defeating Hay List in an epic encounter) - then a strong possibility is her last race could be at Royal Ascot in the Gr 1 King's Stand Stakes (1000m) in June.

This option is gaining momentum as the owners are keen to send her to Frankel.

However her trainer Peter Moody also said don't rule out anything yet, she could even race in the spring. He said she has just never been better.

Peter Moody had also been spending the last 10 days in and out of hospital with blood poisoning in the leg. Last night after Black Caviar's win at 10pm he was to grab just three hours sleep before hopping on a plane for the three Group 1 races in Sydney today.

The great mare, More Joyous, is going for her third Gr 1 Canterbury Stakes today in Sydney against the star colt, Pierro. There has been much interest to see her race against Black Caviar.

A $1million dollar incentive has been added to the Gr 1 All-Aged Stakes (1400m-27th April) to entice both Black Caviar and More Joyous's owners to start both mares.

More Joyous has 21 wins (8 Group 1s from 1400m to 2000m) and 2 placings from 30 starts for almost A$4.5million in earnings.

This is the race Black Caviar's half-brother is also on track for and as major part-owner Neil Werrett is in both horses (Black Caviar and All Too Hard), he said he never wants to see them clash.

What could happen and would be quite an amazing racing event, All Too Hard may also go to Royal Ascot for the Gr 1 Queen Anne Stakes (1600m), the same race Frankel won last year. All Too Hard (by Casino Prince) would then go to stud.

So both Black Caviar and her half-brother could be at the same Royal Ascot meeting having their last career starts.

All set for tomorrow for Black Caviar to create more history by winning her 25th consecutive start.

The race is at 5.10pm AEST and Royal Randwick is a sell-out.

It is quite amazing when you think this is the time-honoured ATC Derby Day but yet again Black Caviar is the main attraction.

This is interesting - what the racecallers have said in her 24 wins as she crossed the line.

You would think that after a while it would be just another day out but it's new and fresh for me and the racegoers who packed the stands at Randwick once again who showed how much they appreciated her. Luke Nolan must have balls of steel as I would be heaving with nerves every time I rode her. What a monster! My ONLY beef was with the clown who was interviewing the jockey as he was walking her back to the unsaddling enclosure. The guy was riding alongside Black Caviar with his microphone on and his pony was DEAD LAME!

She really is an amazing individual. Fabulous record and fabulous horse. I just posted a tribute to her on Facebook, but can't believe there are still a lot of people who have never heard of her. Black Caviar may be the best we'll see in our lifetime.
