My fellow countryman who lives abroad has some doubts about him staying the 1 1/2 mile.

What do you think?

Staying and going around a bend for the first time plus his balance on the twist and turns and cambers of Epsom.

The Dante might throw up something this week.

O'Briens horse who won at Chester over 1m4f (Ruler of the World)will be thereabouts as will Battle of Marengo.

Andre Fabre has an interesting runner also Ocovango.

I agree Dublino, Epsom is a special track to run.

Very Impressive performance by Libertarian

He will stay, Dawn Approach might not but this guys dam got two miles.

Looking on Betfair someone got $100 match at 1000/1 for the Derby for him.

Might be too inexperienced for the Derby and history against him as Dante was the last northern trained winner of the Derby.

Intrum Morshaan: unfurnished filly, useful handicapper, won at Haydock (by 9 lenghts) in august. Better at two miles than shorter and will stay further: acts on good to firm and good to soft going, possibly not on heavy; sent to France. Trainer: John Dunlop. Time Form 95 (2000)

Libertarian was entered in the Newmarket Tattersalls Horses in Training last autumn, but he was withdrawn.

With the rain this week the going at Epsom should be soft.

This rules out Dawn Approach any chance he has of staying was minimal now its even less.

Jim Bolger the trainer and breeder classified this horse as a CC type of horse meaning its a sprinter/miler type.

Equinome the company he is a director with tested 178 winners of group races and none of the CC type won over 1m 4f, one horse won at 1m 3f and 95% at 1m or less.

If Dawn Approach wins his genetic tests for which they charge almost $2,000 isn't worth a cent.

Lay Dawn Approach for every penny you have and have a bet on Ocovango to win.

This colt (Ocovango) by Monsun will appreciate the ground and distance.

Well, a New Approach filly won today the Epson Oaks, at the same distance of the Derby. May be Dawn Approach can get the distance.

Talent who won the race was out of a Pentre Celebre mare who was placed in a Chesire Oaks over 11.5f.

Dawn Approach totally different breeding and just cannot stay.

A truck load of crow for me tomorrow if he or Palace Malice win.

I've just backed Ocovango.

I think he's the best value bet at the current odds and i'd also love to see a Monsun colt win the Derby.

Yes laid Dawn Approach for the win and for the place.

Small bet on Ocovango also but overall very happy.
