I think the terrible news is the $200million that has gone missing from BC3 accounts.

I suppose such a valuable horse will be insured?

Don't know he was reposed by the sales company from the owners for not paying the $5m for him.

The sales company are sueing the owners BC3 for not paying for a number of horses and they (BC3 Thoroughbreds)have a $200m hole in their accounts.

Messy to say the least.

Yes, Erin, she was insured (but confusion as to who is entitled to the money)...here's an in depth article which also alluded to possible foul play. That can be read in the bottom link...part way down the page (Sadly rumors about Jimmy live on). Like Dub said....messy to say the least.
