Hall of Fame inductions

Postby Mahubah » Mon Apr 20, 2015 6:18 pm

Some well-earned kudos for King Leatherbury, Chris Antley, Lava Man and Xtra Heat. I put up a blog post regarding Leatherbury's achievement in "Hoofprints" (http://www.americanclassicpedigrees.com/hoofprints).
"A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher...You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God: or else a madman or something worse." C. S. Lewis

Hi Mahubah,
Nice article and a most amazing man. It's good to see him enter the hall of fame and better yet, to see him still at the top of his game with the best horse he's ever had. King Leatherbury's circuit was one tough place to win races, along with the likes of Dick Dutrow, Bud Delp and John Tammaro, you stood little to no chance:>) TJ

Yes, a good list of inductees. If Lava Man didn't have a swelled head before, he certainly will now!

I think that Bold Forbes should be in there. He was a great racehorse IMO.
