Take Charge Brandi Retired

Postby TJ » Mon Sep 28, 2015 3:19 pm

After a couple disappointing races this season in GR I company and last out being eased in The GR I Cotillion Stakes, her connections have announced the retirement of last seasons 2YO filly champion.
Awaiting the owners decision to breed her or offer her for sale at the Keeneland November sale, read the story below. TJ

Saw her win in the Delta Princess Stakes under blustery chill winds/drizzly conditions and knew I'd seen one AMAZINGLY determined as well as talented racehorse. This year she has seemed not quite as sharp in the finishing of her races as she was at the start.
