I like Golden Horn but am not betting him at that price.

The three I have to back him up are Found, Big Blue Kitten and the Pizza Man.

Found for the win! I need some value. Actually I'm going Found/The Pizza Man boxed. For fun. Because I am having a bad day.

They didn't sound entirely convinced of the going for Golden Horn. He sure is a nice-looking colt.

Hi Cree,
They were a bit leery weren't they? The filly's have been doing well today against the boys....maybe she'll get the job done. TJ

Yay for Found! Courageous run by both of them.
That was seriously one weird race. That "rabbit" situation was silly.

Pizza Man was 5th.

Hi Cree,
Glad to see she got home for you and Geo....I saved my pick 3 bet with her, I'm alive in the Double would love to see the Euro upset:>).
Interesting comment by Richie Migliore, he commented he thought she would run well because she was light bodied and would be less effected by the going because she wouldn't dig in as deeply as a bulkier colt. Something to keep in mind. TJ

This stinks....Gleneagles is only 8-1, I thought he'd be 30-1:>) TJ

I'm also surprised to see Honor Code is shorter odds than Tonalist.
Frosted seems a good price, but sometimes it's hard to figure him out.

I like Tonalist in the Classic today also.

I don't see any scenario in which Frosted can best American Pharoah. I think that's why the good price.

Yes, that's fair.

I have Tonalist on top, but honestly, if Honor Code came flying I would be delighted.

Here's the finish in the Classic:
American Pharoah....the TC winner walked his beat
Effinex...only one to run with him early stayed for 2nd
Honor Code...had no shot in the pace less race
Keen Ice...
Final race for AP and Honor Code, they will be missed. TJ

Well, he really goes out like a champion. BUT, in my grouchy opinion, this race was a bit disappointing. No other speed to contend with, easy and relaxing on the front, what else could possibly have happened.
Kudos to Mike Smith and Effinex for trying to make into a horse race. Kudos to Honor Code for trying his best.
I don't know what happened with Tonalist, but I am very disappointed in him.

All I can say is Congrats to the TC winner....good to see him exit a winner. He was able to control the pace throughout, and that's what it's all about....pace makes the race. Baffert had him ready and he actually looked like he put on quite a lot of weight coming into this race. Maybe they'll change their mind and race him again:>) Good Luck Champ, enjoy the ladies. TJ
