Had a quick glance at the SA Oaks, without Unique Bella, a bunch of them entered.
I like It Tiz Well-Abel Tasman-Paradise Woods.

Paradise Woods steps into the filly division as one to watch. Mandella can sure train a horse!
On that note, I guess Miss Sky Warrior is another to watch in the fillies. I was watching for Close Hatches sister, Lockdown, in that race.
I still think Unique Bella is the best of the bunch though.

Here's the finish:
Gormley...gets up in the final strides as they changed tactics with this big boy today:>) Derby bound.
Battle of Midway...a game 2nd. Hollendorfer doesn't need Bella to go to the Derby now:>)
Royal Mo...good 3rd, two checks for Shirreff's.
Reach the World was 4th

Nice pick TJ. Gotta give it to Gormley, he is a tough sucker.
I don't think any of these want 1 1/4 mile, but I've been wrong before!

Hi Cree,
The entries in the Derby took a change today...but we still have a couple more to go...ever changing battle. Looking forward to see who takes the opportunity to run in the Derby...when a California maiden wins the Blue Grass you have to keep 1/2 an eye on what they're doing on the west coast:>)
Gormley seemed like a differnt horses out there today....he acted very well and rated kindly....that was always his downfall before. Maybe the light bulb went on? Want t o see all today's beyers before trying to make early predictions. TJ
