okay, not to get too personal here, but 3 weeks ago, my husband backed a truck up to the front door and emptied our house of all of his belongings, and doesn't appear that there is any going back. I have 2 - 2YO's that are going to the training farm in 2 weeks, and then off to Finger Lakes in the spring on a deal with a trainer - and that has to be my priority for right now, so everything must go and has already - this is the last horse I have to sell:
I've been pretty fortunate in the past 3 weeks, I sold my trailer, a weanling colt and my stallion but I have one colt left and I'm hanging onto him to go to a racing home. I like him alot, pedigree isn't great, but he's a good looking January weanling (soon to be yearling) and is of good size and balance. He's registered, named Yournotthebossofme, stands about 13.1h, the dam is Sandy Girl by Line in the Sand, the Sire is Rajya Sabha by Concern.
Hypo pedigree can be found at http://www.nybreds.com/breeding/hypo-mating.html (Rajya Sabha out of Sandy Girl) - or if someone wants to add him feel free.
The 1st dam is a moderate winner with a 2YO, this is her 2nd colt. He is the first colt out of the first crop by Rajya Sabha, who was an Allowance winner ($143,895) by Concern out of the GSW mare, Calipha by Two Punch. The sire has two full siblings a 2YO & 3YO running now as well.
The colts 2nd dam is Sharp moll by Hatchet Man, who earned just under $22k, produced 10 foals, 9 winners, 2 moderate stakes horses, Mr. Brainer (a full brother to the dam) and Smoke Em Joe. The 3rd dam is Moll Buzzer, another moderate stakes winner with earnings of about $64k, producer of Ring For Peace, a stakes winner.
He is registered with the Jockey club and as a NYBred, all fees paid and if I could get $1,000. for him and my fees back ($275.) I'd be happy; he is advertised for $1,500.
So, if anyone knows of anyone looking for an inexpensive weanling colt, who has the look of a possible nice prospect, email me.
Thanks
