Ok, so up until today i hadn't heard anything about Wild Kipper since he was scratched from what was supposed to be his debut back in June. But i just got a workout notification!! He worked at Gulfstream... he used to be at Penn National... i'm trying to find out who owns and trains him now, if anyone knows anything, please let me know!!!
