A while back, I picked up a win photo of Blue Sparkler winning the Molly Pitcher in 1956. It's a pretty cool thing, an actual win photo that's over fifty years old from a horse that won an Eclipse Award. The thing is, aside from her pedigree, the fact that she won an Eclipse, and her career record, I don't know too much about Blue Sparkler. I can't find any videos of her races, or even any stories about her. If any old-timers remember her and have any stories to share, I'd love to hear em...
