Both Alydar and Alleged mares have produced superior nicks when bred to Storm Cat.

Alydar and Alleged have the same 2 crosses of (Phalaris)---2 crosses of (Fair Play)---2 crosses of (Swynford)---1 cross of (Gainsborough) and 1 cross of (Peter Pan).

These sire lines have played a major part in the success of the Alydar and Alleged mares that produced the superior nicks when bred to Storm Cat.

Pancho Villa produced well with mares by Alydar or sons of Alydar.
If you can find a son of Alydar or a stallion that is line-bred 4X4 or 3X3 to Alydar, you can try this cross.

I always had in the back of my mind that Alydar would become a valued BMS. When you look at his pedigree all his ancestors appear in the right places, to add quality to his offspring. This is now becoming a reality, as the Alydar mares are becoming a hot commodity.
