Looking for a Racing prospect..2 or 3 yr old

Postby BillB » Fri Jun 18, 2010 4:49 pm

Im in Texas I have some interested parties wanting to form a partnership. Looking for a 2 yr old..possibly 3 ..ideally broke and turned back out...ready to start galloping for a start late fall to Dec at Houston.

Looks Like we are going to Ellis Park after Lone Star then Reminton OK until Houston opens which might not be until Jan ??

If its your horse maybe you can be a third in the partnership..flexible in the set up.

Must be well fed & taken care of......I just went to look at 2 yr old colt out of a 2 time stakes producing mare..that has been on grass & very little grain since weaning and is way underweight...trainer said it would be 2 months to get him to bloom out enough to go to the track....can fatten him up but worried about bone density since he was not fed correct his first 12 -18 months

With the economy Im wondering if there is a good horse out ther that needs a chance to run ..but maybe connections cant afford the training??

Lets talk.. you can email me privately [email protected]

hi Bill

you might look at the thread 'Filly refuses to train' - if you have a trainer who likes to work with problem horses. Theatrical bloodline is attractive.
