she just won the Hong Kong Cup as a 3 year old.

Very Interesting pedigree to my thinking. She's got a fairly large amount of Padua lurking to go with her Mr. P. And she's got all three of the foundation sires on the first page, although Herod comes in through Kerala.

She is also loaded with Lady Josephine, with much higher than usual concentration of Lady Juror.

She has seven crosses of Lady Juror, through Forli, Troy, Welsh Flame, Tudor Minstrel, and Bold Lad (IRE) on her female side, plus one through Danzig and one through Arabia. Lady Juror is SO important for Danzig--I think that's why he of all Northern Dancer sons made such a splash in Australia. It's like Blushing Groom and Rough'n'Tumble in terms of potency that will span generations.

I hope that whoever this mare sees has a healthy dose of Diesis, to reinforce that Lady Juror AND to linebreed to Mixed Marriage.

She's also got all four of the major Discovery daughters, many in multiples. She's got Geisha, Miss Disco, Traffic Court, and My Recipe. Add that to her Relic and her War Relic, and that's a whale of a lot of Fair Play, even without looking for other lines to him--and there may well be some.

She's also got a good bit of Aloe through daughters.

I don't think the Europeans give quite the respect to the Fair Play line that it deserves.

Yes Laura, you are so right, but this going to be a huge problem now and in the future.

And Japan has a surplus of Sunday Silence blood. Perhaps they could swap a few good stallions?
