She has been retired after a sub-par workout. She last raced in May, they've had her on the shelf since then. What was going on? Out of curiosity, I'd love to know what kind of problems this filly had - a very strange career. They handled her like she was a china a doll. 5 starts, 2 Grade 1's, and only a 5th in the Kentucky Oaks as her loss. Obviously talented, but seriously, I question the Midnight Lute's soundness.
I hope they breed her to something that can throw some soundness.
