Despite a lot of hiccups we got into the 6th race yesterday for Opening Day at Belterra Park. Out of the two hole my gritty little Stormy Atlantic filly went really well in the slow going to chase the pace, got up in 2nd, got nosed out and 3rd. Full 10 horse field and a lot of horses dropping way down in class. So proud of my little Stormy Memo! First start in nearly seven months! Went off 26+-1 and paid $10.40 to show.

Nice show ticket! Really like the way the Memo as a dam's sire works on Seattle Slew as a dam's sire, and even better with that Slew/Coastal thing going on. Nice pedigree. Best of luck Madelyn.
