Ran across this horse in "Best of Breed" a book published in 1971. The book itself is a overview of all sorts of American breeds of horse published for the UK market.
Boundin Lulu, or Boundin Lu Lu, seems to be a bay paint stallion, with a very large white iregular patch on the left side taking up about half the area between the shoulder and the point of the hip. Also a large white spot on the neck, blaze and one low sock on the right hind foot.
White doesn't seem to cross the topline. May be a frame overo.
The caption says " This horse exhibits a rare occurrence, a pureblood Thoroughbred with spotted coloration.
The horse was owned by R.H. Hefner Jr, First National Bank Bldg. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
If this case isn't in your files and you would like a photo, I could scan this and either post it, or send it in.
Horse doesn't seem to be in the DB.

That's because it doesn't really appear to exist.
boundin lu
boundin lulu
boundin lu lu
bounding lulu
bounding lu lu
None of those are found in the JC records .. either the horse wasn't a thoroughbred, wasn't registered, or that named isn't it's registered name (which isn't that uncommon for horses who wind up in the H/J ranks)
Dear XFactor Fan,
Thank you very much for taking the time to inform me about this interesting case. Sounds very auspicious and is of my interest. Unluckily, my search on that name came empty, even though I tried several avenues, including by its name. Anyway, please send me the evidence to my email address shown in my site:

or via private message.
Inspiration and Blessings,
