| May be the same horse as the Hampton Court Litton Arabian
The GSB says he is probably the same horse as the Cyprus Arabian but this is incorrect. The GSB did not make this statement until the 5th edition of Volume 1 in 1891, nearly two hundred years after the period. Also the Cyprus Arabian stands in Leicestershire and this stallion at Hampton Court, with progeny foaled across a similar period so the horse cannot have had the two names at different times.
