Grandam of Page's Boxer, the sire of 1) Tayloe's Mendoza, the sire of Wild Medley, which was the sire of Ophelia, 4th dam of the great racehorse and outstanding sire Hanover (winner of 32 of 50 starts including a run of 17 consecutive wins, his victories including 1887 Belmont, Brooklyn Derby [Dwyer Stakes], Champion Stakes, Leading Sire in North America 1895, 1896, 1897, 1898); and 2) of an unmarried mare which continued an enduring maternal line which has produced a number of good horses, notably Tambour (1931 Coaching Club American Oaks);
and 5th dam of Sir Solomon, winner of top class races between 1808 and 1810
