True Reality
She is in the 9th at Woodbine on Friday the 20th. Here's hoping for a paycheck because it is a fairly substantial purse.

True Reality is in on Monday in the Labatt Cup at Fort Erie. Race 7. She has never ran on the turf before so heres' to hoping she likes it. It will be like running down the I90 we haven't had rain in ages! She is fast so she wouldn't stand a chance if it was yielding. I hope she wins it, then there is more money to spend at the yearling or mixed sale at Woodbine.

Yes it is. sometimes we run them back quite quickly but then she will have a few weeks off. Before that, it has been a few weeks since she ran. It all depends on the horse. sometimes it all depends on the condition book too. There might not be a race for her for another several weeks either. So run her back in a short period of time and then give her several weeks off. We don't run anything over the winter. Like other people do. The will run the shit out of them all summer then ship down to the U.S. and run the shit out of them all winter as well. Till they are completely finished. We don't do that. they get a nice winter vacation. She might be off after this till next year? There are little days of racing left at Fort Erie for the season. So we kind of have to get while the gettings good. If you check the entrys here, some of these horses have been running every week or less all summer!! We finally got another horse of ours in on the turf at Woodbine. He has only ran 2x this year. Actually in his life time, and he is 4. It has been that tough to get him in on the Turf.
