:cry: did anyone catch that breakdown on the track? anyone know is the horse okay? he went though the fence on in the stretch and tossed the jockey... poor horse.

Another casualty to be blamed on the synthetics, perhaps?

Yes, I know. But nowdays, any little or major mishap is blamed on the synthetic surfaces, so why not this instance?

Race breakdowns have cut down dramatically at Santa Anita this last week. I'm sure that the folks at Magna are delighted - how about a round of applause for cushion?

We had a nice Lil E Tee filly when I worked for Charlsie named Petunia. She was 17 hands and very kind, she was a good turf horse for us.

Buckingham Farm owned her, Eddie and Binnie Houghten. She has babies out there..............
