hi mightyhijames...hi all

mightyhijames wrote:so who are the top turf runners, past and present, mares or stallions?

Soooooooooo many GREAT ones.

For starters...Here are a few, in alphabetical order.

---
All Along (mare)

Allez France (mare)

Dahlia (mare)

Exceller (could certainly give the best more than a run for their money on turf/dirt)

John Henry (among the elite, turf and dirt)

Mill Reef

Nijinsky II

Ribot

Round Table
---

Best...

Respectfully

Males: Round Table and John Henry (Had Secretariat continued as a 4yr old, this might be a mute point).

Females: All Along and Miesque
