HOW CAN I LOCK A HORSE'S PEDIGREE?

A Brazilian horse named FLUKE, the leader of his generation, had someone go into his info and trade the words "by far the very best 2 y.o" to "by far the WORST..." and that he broke his maiden "LOOSING". Well, screwing things up. The horse is not mine, but I would very much like to know how can I lock Fluke's (the Brazilian Fluke) pedigree so no one - probably out of jealousy - can screw his info up. I know his owners and if we need his permission, I talk to him. I just fixed the info, but did not like to see what had been done. Thanks so much.

I have locked him, but be advised that I have no way to track Brazilian runners. The only way that his record will be updated is if someone sends me the info.
