For those to whom this means nothing, he is a heel-nerved horse that was denied entry in Az racetracks, and the claiming owner sued for non-disclosure.

He did quite well, a close 3rd.
He's also one of these rare bright golden tone bays.
Anyway, I've liked him since a 2YO and hope he's going to race safely for awhile yet!
