As another neighbor just across the Red River, let me add my voice to the chorus of those who valued Larrygene and will miss him on this forum. We all respected him, and welcome Mrs. Larrygene whenever she can visit us. Please keep us posted on those wonderful horses. My deepest condolances. He will be missed, but not forgotten.

That must have been a terrible shock to his wife. We will miss him. :(

Our deepest sympathy to Larrygene's wife and family. He will be missed by us all.

I'm glad to know his passion for horses has been passed to others in his family.

He's in Heaven now watching all the great ones race..........

I'm a little stunned. I'm so sorry for his family and thank you to Larrygene's wife for keeping us in mind. It's very generous for her to do that. I wish her well in carrying on with her horses. We'll miss Larrygene very much.

Very sorry to hear of his loss which was so unexpected. At least he did not suffer. I am glad his horses will still be cared for and cared about. May the Lord bless his family.

I would like to point out that Larrygene had Curlin correctly identified WAY early.
He saw what was to come...a fine eye.
You called it Larrygene.

I'm so sad to have read the news of larrygene's passing. He was so very helpful to me when I had questions about entering the business with a stallion. He gave me valuable advice and encouragement. He will be missed.
