Straight Story--dark bay or black?
I saw a small photo of this guy and he looked black. No lightness on his muzzle or brownish tints. I only wish I saw a bigger photo of him.

According to Equineline he was registered as dark bay or brown. http://tinyurl.com/straightstoryequineline

StayOutFront,
Thank you very much for all the valuable references.
The following body-tail combination looks quite interesting.
Great!
