two belgian horses

I tried to post this on the allbreeds database, but couldn't get on their message board. Can someone please cross post this there?

I just noticed that the Columbia Basin Equine Rescue has two lovely Belgian horses they are trying to find homes for. The link is http:www.columbiabasinequinerescue.ore/feedlothorses.html

The ladies that run CBER work really hard to find these horses homes, so if you know anyone that would be interested please pass this along. They also have other horses to place, and frequently have Thoroughbreds!!!

I know, it's so sad. I just took a look and one horse was listed as shipped. He was cute, too... a little chestnut.

I wish I were closer... if I could afford the shipping x-country, there have been a few I would have taken in...

Those poor Belgians have the disadvantage of being big... I will hope someone is able to take them!

It looks like the two belgians were placed, but there are many new horses listed. There is a TB mare and her foal on the site this week and also an older TB mare at the feedlot because she can't be bred anymore. Karen

I know... I was just on there last night, and it was very disheartening... I'm glad for the Belgians, though... any little victory is a good thing!
