Nice perk for our mare!

Indiana's 2009 horses of the year were announced yesterday for the various categories... turns out the Indiana Sired 3 Year Old Colt/Gelding of the year for 2009 is out of a mare that we now own! We just got this mare last year, so we have no connection to the horse who won the award, but it's a nice boost for the mare.

Just thought I'd share the joy! :lol:

His name is "Bigtoadinapuddle"

We bought the mare last year specifically for Indy Mood. Her name is "Jazz Z Desire" and her foal by Indy Mood will carry the Rasmussen Factor breeding through Somethingroyal. I'm very interested in seeing what this RF breeding will produce. She's in foal to Indy Mood now and is due on March 22nd.

I you breed her to the new Indiana stallion, Cat Dreams, you'd have the same Somethingroyal RF plus the possibility of a foal by the sire of a KY Derby winner. I'm sure this is not news to you! Good luck!
