Apologies for not getting to this until the thread contained many twists and turns of good information along with comments that were non-productive. Several posts have been edited and/or removed. If your post was edited and/or removed it does not necessarily mean that you were "out of line." Once the inappropriate information was removed there were several comments and posts that simply made no sense, because they totally or in part referenced material that no longer existed in the thread. The information about Indian Charlie was left alone because, though it does now appear to stem from nowhere, it led into interesting and relevant information being shared and there was no reason to lose that information.
