I'm looking to breed my mare to a stallion out of a daughter of Dynaformer. In other words I want Hail to Reason, Roberto, etc linebred in the middle of the prospective foals pedigree. I am having trouble finding such a stallion candidate in Kentucky. Am I missing something obvious? Can anyone help me shortcut my research?
I cant see where Dynaformer has yet had great success as a Broodmare Sire and that troubles me. He's had some fabulous daughters on the track who look like a bust in the breeding shed. Any comments on this?
Thanks, JOHN

Hi John,
Spring at Last in Kentucky is a millionaire, Gr-1 winning son of Silver Deputy out of a Dynaformer mare.
I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that he's a bust as a broodmare sire. From the Bloodhorse Stallion Register's .pdf, which is now out of date, they have the following:
DYNAFORMER is the sire of 277 dams of 889 foals,662 rnrs(74%), 455 wnrs(51%), 141 2yo wnrs(16%), 1.46 AEI, 1.49 CI; 55 sw here and abroad.
That's 8% stakes winners from starters out of Dynaformer mares. I used starters since the little paragraph just says foals and not foals of racing age.
His best fillies are still relatively young. Most only have one or two foals of racing age, if any, not nearly enough to write him off as a failure.
