Louis: Teasing Bernie

Hi Louis,

I saw the last race at Santa Anita on Saturday at Santa Anita and Teasing Bernie went down really hard and didn't get up, although the chart said he walked onto the van. He is trained by James Cassidy. Do you have any information on Teasing Bernie? He was making a strong move and clipped the heels of the lead horse who was drifting out.

TB is ok, was not injured, thats what his trainer J. Cassidy said.

Hi Louis,

Thank you so much for your concern for those of us worried about Teasing Bernie. It's one thing to read something in the print media or online, but it's quite another when you hear from someone who's seen the horse or is connected with him/her. Glad to know he isn't injured. He tried to get up and then crashed back down. Very scary and horrible to see.
