Race Day, a gray colt by Tapit, won the Razorback Handicap at Oakland Park this past Saturday. May be a good older horse this year.

BIGGER IS BETTOR (Grey h 2008) http://www.pedigreequery.com/bigger+is+bettor
His grey color is due to his second broodmare sire, Dancer’s Image

Dancer's Image is also present in the pedigree
of recent top-notch Gr-1 performers:

Kingston Hill (gr/ro c. 2011) http://www.pedigreequery.com/kingston+hill2 (2 doses)
The Grey Gatsby (gr/ro c. 2011) http://www.pedigreequery.com/the+grey+gatsby

Good news! Here are recently discovered gray sire-line descendants by Dancer’s Image (son of Native Dancer):

Frosted, gray colt by Tapit, won yesterday the Wood Memorial, GR I, becoming one of the favorites for the Kentucky Derby. He is such an imposing individual. Good luck to him and his connections.

WIN THE SPACE (gr/ro c 2012) http://www.pedigreequery.com/win+the+space

Note that he is one of the last sons sired by Pulpit, and a 2012 K-P-B aspirant!
Note that he is a remote grey descendant of the esteemed
Argentinian sprinting family of the greys, Good Time and
his sire, Jerry Honor (imported in utero during the 1950s).

Is this other grey sophomore a likely candidate to compete in this year's 2000 Guineas?

Second in the Illinois Derby and a respectable drive. Being by Curlin is a good plus.
