While it is still too early to tell, Galileo has some pretty excitng 2yos down this way. One won a trial at Newcastle NSW by 8 lengths last week.
If Galileo is successful down this way, he will be only the second S/Wells, the first being Scenic. NZ had a sire, Victory Dance that was good by him, but the horse did not get a chance.

Montjeu is certainly a special sire up north but he's done nothing down here. I never liked him from the first time I saw him and would not have believed that he would make such an impact in the NH.
Just goes to show! but I'm not sure what it shows!!!

With just a few crops Montjeu is off to an amazing start. Time will tell if he will be just as good a sire as Danehill or better.

HI, wen8t. Perfect Soul is a very good-looking son of Sadler's Wells, at Darby Dan. He got lots of mares based on looks alone. But he won't likely be commercial, as he isn't very big, started racing late, and got better with age. I would expect his stud fee to stay fairly low for a long time and he might become a good breed-to-race sire.

I hope Sligo Bay makes it. I know my six month old filly from his first crop is a great representative. She is big, forward, athletic, well-balanced, and the GIRL IN CHARGE. She has those deep angles with her neck set down into her chest with a big neck and slightly long pasterns. And you gotta love his dam's family, as she is full sister to Devil's Bag and Saint Ballado. I hope he has other precocious weanlings at Keeneland that cause a stir.
