Naming Help Please

OK, with Feb. 1st quickly approaching and my life busier than normal, I decided to ask for help on names from you guys. Now, I want to preface this by saying that my other half is very picky and dosen't like many names, so it's hard to find one that we can agree on. However, if you all would be so kind as to give me a few ideas that I can take to him, we might get the job done that much faster.

3 still unnamed as of yet (these are 2004 foals, hence the urgency to get this done prior to Feb. 1st!) Pictures are quite old, but they do show their markings:



Filly; red-bay with 4 whites and a blaze. Sire: Indy Mood. Dam: Lizard Blizzard. Barn name: Little Liz. Image




Filly; chestnut with blaze and some white. Sire: Indy Mood. Dam: Indecent Proposal. Barn name: Indy Squared. Image




Colt; bay. Sire: Indy Mood. Dam: Corelate. Barn name: Spunky. Image

Hi, Roguelet.
1. How about Lunar Storm or Lunar Blizzard, borrowing the "Luna" from her grandmother.

2. Which Indecent Proposal is the mare? There are four listed in the database.

3. How about Sly Smile for your colt, since he's "in de mood" and his broodmare sire is Smile. :wink:

Suggested names in the same order they appear:

01. "In The Lisa Mood" (Indy Mood--Lizard Blizzard)
02. "Indy Scent Sock" (Indy Mood--Indecent Proposal)
03. "Indylated" (Indy Mood--Corelate)

Sorry, it's this Indecent Proposal: Proponent - McQuire's Lark, by Mickey McGuire... Probably the oldest one listed. :wink: I've often wondered if all of those other Indecent Proposals are for real.

I liked "Stepped Indy Snow" or "Danced Indy Snow" or something along those lines for the first one, to play on the names plus the four white feet, but nobody else liked it. :roll:

Well the first one's easy. Indy Paint. Indy Snow is also very good.

Will have to get back to you on the others. Gotta go take down the rest of the Christmas decorations.

Here's a few options:

For the first one, Galloping Lizard, Leaping Lizard, Lizard Liz. If you want to go with a rather macabre name, you could choose Liz Stride (name of an, ahem, famous Jack the Ripper victim. Hey, think of it as a tribute!)

For the 2nd: Not Inde Mood

For the 3rd: Hot Mode, Inde Zone
