Gully Water Breakdown at Arlington?

Gully Water Breakdown at Arlington?

At Arlington today (5/6) Gully Water had a bad "stumble" (think Afleet Alex) and dropped the rider. TVG said that rider was fine but that Gully Water was "not doing so good"- was it a fatal breakdown?
