After having success researching my own horse, a friend asked me to look up racing info. on her TB Justin's Testimony. I entered the name on the main page, but get no information returned. He is about 20 years old, raced in the late 80's.
Where could I look for more information that would date back to that time?

First of all, you have the name spelled wrong and that is why it is difficult to find.
The right spelling is Justin's Testamony.
The good news about your friend's horse is that he was a very durable runner.
He won fifteen times out of 61 races and earned $175,000

With so many pictures to choose from, I recommend that your friend consider the tracks and dates marked with ************** for possible photo purchase.
I think that you want an action photo which shows your horse clearly in front, and not risking him being obscured by another horse or horses in that portion of the win picture. I've indicated some of those shots with *************.
Each of the wins in 1992 came with Edgar Prado riding, but all three of those happened by a narrow margin so I don't know what the action photo will look like.

She knew that he had quite a career, and that he won his last race, but all of the other information - especially the Edgar Prado stuff - is new.
I just called her to share this exciting news and will email her the information. We will have to try to call the racetracks listed to find out if any of the photos are still available.
What are the chances that she will be able to get them since it's been 10 years?
I hope she can at least get the last one at Delaware Park.
He is now a wonderful Hunter, and shows at the prestigious Devon Horse Show each year.
