Can't find a Foggin, or Fogging. Closest match was a 'Foggin Jim', foaled in 1981.

Lucy: The correct name of Foggin, is Fogged In. This TB is a large robust individual. When I see these large TB, I will look at their pedigree and see if they were from an outcross mating or inbred mating.

Fogged In is from an outcross mating as I suspected. The gallop boy has to use a step ladder to get on board. LOL. Louis.
