5yo TB $100 in PA

5yo TB up for adoption in Northeast PA, near Scranton. Adoption fee $100. He only has 1 eye. Currently being ridden by a 13yo and does fine, can be a somewhat of a handful while leading. Only seeling because mom is having surgrey! Contact Lori at [email protected]

From the picture, I would say he is missing his right eye.
