He had only one recorded progeny, the Cardigan Colt (out of Cream Cheeks, dam of the Champion Sires Flying Childers and Bartlet's Childers), the sire of an unnamed mare which is grandam of Adolphus (1756 King's Plates Guildford, Salisbury, Canterbury and Lewes), of Miss Wilkinson (1752 King's Plate [mares] Hambleton), and of the useful racehorses Brutus and Sappho;

and the sire of another unnamed mare which bred on to fairly limited effect
