He had fair success as a stallion, including as sire of 1) the dam of Flag of Truce, the sire of a) the gelding Leviathan, winner of 23 consecutive races, the still extant United States record, and of b) [Bond's] First Consul, undefeated between 1801 and 1805, winning his first 21 races; of 2) the useful stallion Hampton's Paragon; and of 3) successful broodmare Betsey Baker
